“This place is amazing, falling asleep listening to the running water and wild turkeys is the best. The shower is great never runs out of hot water. This is by far the best place to stay if you love nature. The host is great and easy to get a hold of. We just booked for a week in September. Just love it.”

“The house was beautiful! It was in a great location right on the river. The pool was great, very clean. We had one issue with the water not getting hot in the upstairs bathroom. Terry did send someone the same day, but it still didn’t get hot after he left. But the shower downstairs worked very well, so we all used that one. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone! Especially if you have a boat for the river.”

One note: there is only one ac unit but plenty of fans were provided. Melanie is a very gracious host and accessible. The location was perfect for our weekend activities but honestly the best times were spent in the house, taking it all in and hours on chatting on the porch. We will definitely return!”

“Nicely furnished. Temperature was a little cool for us, but had the fireplace which helped. We spent most of our time in Pittsburgh but enjoyed Tanger Outlet and easy access to lots of dining and shopping opportunities. Host was very responsive and had no issues with the facilities. Our last night it was a little noisy, but not a problem. Overall we had a good experience. ”
