“Beautiful place! Great location too! We 3 middle aged women walked everywhere or took the Q line downtown. The Midtown location has a great variety of restaurants and night spots. The host is lightning quick with communication and very gracious. Other tenants in the building are friendly and welcoming too. Fantastic stay! Highly recommended!”

“We had a good experience. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the area had a lot of good places within walking distance. The only negatives were that I wish the host would put more detail in the listing. I would have liked to know in advance what all was provided (laundry detergent, coffee, etc). Communication with the host was also hit and Miss. sometimes responses were fast and other times I had to wait a while to hear back. Overall I had a good experience but I would have liked……

“This property was very clean on arrival and was evident that care was taken for the decor and vibe. I would like to give this property five stars but there were a few issues on arrival that may fall on the cleaning service because the host was seemingly unaware. However, I contacted the host via the Vrbo app and was pleased to experience a pleasant, responsive, and accommodating communication experience.”

“The apartment has been fully renovated and modernized. Excellent lighting, new appliances, new toilet, very recently remodeled bathroom and shower. The bed was very comfortable. All the rooms were arranged beautifully. The host was very responsive to my questions; he even named a few restaurants when I asked for recommendations. “Wishing there was something besides decafe for the kuerig. Nice looking apartment. Close to the Q line. 15 minute walk to Detroit Institute of Arts, probably 30 minutes to Comerica Park. We went for a tigers game and to visit DIA. Enjoyed our stay. ”
