“It was a little hard to find, as entry is easy to miss and I wasn't sure which of the cabins it was. But once I got there it was worth the effort: a very nice shepherd's hut, with good facilities and the view was wonderful even in early spring, the only nearby neighbours are the pheasants and deer.Bad: Drive down (or especially back up) is very steep on gravel track so took some practice to get up. A couple of maintenance issues/improvements/need for deep clean. Good: Location, accommodation,……

“Lovely chalet and facilities. Only 2 problems noted. The grass around the chalet needed cutting. We reported a fault with the toilet continuously the house keeper’s husband came out but was unable to fix it. We had to switch of the water to the boiler on the night time as it disturbed our sleep. besides these 2 issues our stay was very enjoyable and would definitely stay there again. ”

“Lovely house with lots of room and lots of equipment, crockery etc. comfy beds . Outside seating but never used as weather was somewhat wet and windy, but had a couple of sunny spells to make use of hot tub. Jane was very communicative and an ideal host. Thoroughly recommend,”

“We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully restored cottage in Lyme Regis. It was tiny with many stairs but very comfortable. We enjoyed a few afternoons in the beach hut which was very well equipped. The bunk beds are quite small- we have a 6.1ft teenage son! There are also no basic provisions in the cottage- no tea, coffee, sugar, oil, etc which was a shame. I would recommend this cottage to those wanting a central location, access to a beautiful beach hut, and the opportunity to appreciate……
