“Stayed here for a short weekend getaway in winter, absolutely gorgeous place. Off the beaten track, but easy enough to get to some fun places around. House was cozy as you can ask for, wood stove, wood paneling, comfy bed and a couch you can doze off while listening to the fire crackling. Do be aware that you're not in a very good cell-signal area, as we got a bit turned around heading around the nearby park, and some of the "roads" marked on Google Maps are actually snowmobile trails that……

The host susan went above and beyond. If you're looking to be off grid this is the place for you. We are already planning our next trip(we plan to stay a lot longer next time. ”

“We had a very relaxing time. Caught many fish and hung out at the fire pit. Spent some time in the hot tub. The tree house was Clean and neat. Would not recommend it for anyone who has trouble with steps. You have to come down a ladder/steps backwards from the loft. We’re over 65 and a bathroom trip at 4 am was trouble and comical at the same time. Love the property and the host Bruce was great. Steps or not we would stay there again.”

“The snow on Sunday was the bombdiggity, too bad the use of the many stoves/fireplace was prohibited. The cabin is excessively decorated and not as practical as I'd prefer, but we loved it nonetheless! iprefer. But we loved livononetheless! ”

It has that “home way from home” feel and very cozy. Nestled between my sons wedding location and reception it was the perfect location. “Our family enjoyed staying here during the Thanksgiving break. We shared the cabin with our extended family: 4 adults, 4 teenagers. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we are very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, which was much appreciated as we cooked all of our meals. “This is a comfortable, small house on a gravel road in the woods near Blue Mountain State Park. Kitchen is well furnished. Property manager Tori was very helpful when we couldn't figure out how to switch from a/c to heat. A great back deck with shade from big trees. Mostly quiet--an occasional car goes by on a bigger road nearby, and one afternoon there was target practice or fire crackers. A good place to relax and get away, but the wifi works if you want to be connected.”

“The cabin was cute and rustic with most basic comforts. I was taken aback with the semi-sheer curtain in the bathroom when every other window has a heavy curtain or blinds. The riverside property was very nice, although the traffic was noisy, even at night. Just know Jeff is rigid with c/i and c/o times, even if no one is staying before or after. In fact, the housekeeper knocked on the door (and opened it without waiting for an answer) because there was no car in front of the cabin at……

“I am actually a local a few towns over and needed a weekend getaway and decide to try skiing. This condo was super cute and the perfect size. It had everything you needed and more. My suggestion to anyone staying is to explore the property when you arrive so you know where everything is at. I am horrible with directions and couldn’t find the pool. I met up with friends in Altoona the next town over for food and shopping and even venture down to the clubhouse for drinks. This owner even……

"We feel very bad, We got there and there was no staff. We rang the bell many times, but no one answered. That's too bad 👎 We have booked a room, but we do not have any accommodation. Because we didn't feel it was safe😢"
