Graefe Bunny Hop Condo at Blue Knob

Come play golf, hike Blue Knob State Park, or ski Pennsylvania's highest ski-able mountain!

This little one-bedroom condo can sleep up to 6 persons, but is an ideal cozy spot for 2. It is equipped with a double bed in the bedroom, a pull-out double sofa, and two bunks.

An HDTV with DVD player and wood fireplace are in the living/full kitchen area. A small deck looks out to the outdoor swimming pool and tennis/basketball court. A community indoor swimming pool and hot tub are also close and accessible to guests.

Great location for skiing
Great location for skiing. A little small but adequate. Hard time figuring out how to get the heat to work but owner was responsive and helped us.

Good for a small group looking to ski
We had some real trouble finding the property as the host did not give us an address (first time ever experiencing that), it seems like someone lives here full time and they cleared out for our arrival. Not quite guest ready, but the location was unbeatable as it’s minutes from the resort. There were 6 of us and the host did warn that it would be a tight squeeze. Overall, a bit pricey and an average home with a good location.

Race weekend
We were in town for a trail race. Location was perfect, nice restaurant even though it was cold we still enjoyed the outside pool. Condo could use some work, wasn't the cleanist even though you pay a cleaning fee, l cable wires just ran across the room. Quick response when I made inquires but no direction on where to find sheets, what to do at checkout etc. Ok but not worth it for the price.

Underprepared rental
We arrived at 7 pm and rental office closed. No WiFi or phone service so had trouble getting the code for lockbox. Condo had food in fridge and freezer, bathroom was filled with owners items and every drawer in condo filled as well as the only closet. No where to put our stuff. No hot water the first day. Could have been cleaner , needs updating, needs screens in all windows.

Tiny tiny apartment in ski area
Our experience was good enough, the check-in and check-out process went smoothly. It’s just a really really outdated apartment and it’s quite small. 2 of the beds are in the hallway, and they are actually even smaller than twin beds. (I think they cut a twin XL in half, hot dog style). Def not worth it for the price, unless you are last-minute booking during a holiday they way did.

Not what I was expecting
Walking up to the door there was Renovating going on in the place next to us so all of their supplies were in front of the door. We walked in and the place smelled musty and old like no one had cleaned it in a while. There were clean sheets on the bed and it did look like the bathroom had been wiped down but there was used soap still there and bottles of used shampoo and conditioner. There was not enough toilet paper for the weekend so I had to go buy some. The fridge/freezer still had used products in it. And the outdoor patio area wasn’t swept or the table wiped down. Although the location on the property was perfect if your looking for a remote quite weekend. I could have delt with the outdatedness of the place but the fact that I had to pay for cleaning when I cleaned a lot of it myself When I got there was alittle upsetting and disappointing.

Get Out... to visit some State Parks!
Great location near several state parks, quiet, little pub on premises, nice community pool. Not luxury, facility is dated but well-equipped and great value if you are seeking a home base while getting outside all day long in the beautiful mountains and lakes and forests and rivers. Owner was very prompt in addressing the one minor issue we had. No WiFi and too remote to access our carriers, but always back on-line once we got down the mountain on our way to a park. Would definitely stay here again!

Great cozy rustic condo. perfect for a couple Great firelplace
We arrived and had a few questions. Owner Alan was on top of it and helped us with all our questions. Weather was chilly out and the fireplace was my favorite part of the trip. They provide the wood. Awesome restaurant within a short walk. The food was great and they had life music also. Beautiful scenery and nice walking trails.

Cozy, Comfortable Stay
We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was the perfectly comfortable and was well equipped with kitchen supplies, towels, etc. We appreciated the TV channel list too. It was also nice being the end unit, lots of windows and a bit quieter. Alan, the owner, was easy to work with and quick to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed a weekend of skiing and warm fires in the fireplace at night. The Clubhouse Bar / Restaurant is an easy walk away and had very good food and service. We hope to be back again next year!
