“We did a winter trip with outside temps from about 10F at the start to -25F at the end. House held the set temp without a problem and we never ran out of hot water for our group of 9 people. “I came back to Fairbanks to see two good friends get married. The weather was very cold but the apartment was toasty warm. It was the perfect size with a full kitchen, living room and a cozy bedroom, plus laundry room. Whenever I had a question Brian was extremely proactive in replying.
