Newly updated cottage in the perfect location, just a block from City Beach and the splash pad, two blocks from City Park and downtown Clear Lake. No better way to enjoy your Clear Lake vacation than to walk to the beach (beach towels, toys and wagon provided) or visit some of Clear Lake’s finest! Elly’s, 173 Craft Distillery, Lake Time Brewery, Cookies Etc., Cabin Coffee, Charlie’s Soda Factory, Starboard Market, Cancun by the Lake, Gyro Place, Sevens, Rookies, Tap’d and Clear Lake’s newest coffee house, Lavonia’s!
Bring the boat, we’ve got an extra long driveway ready for your boat and a public launch just down the street.

Cute and functional in a great location

This is our second stay and it was wonderful again! All of the decor touches throughout the house are so beautiful! Even down to the cutlery, glasses and little decor at the beverage station. Our kids enjoyed watching movies on the couch and swinging on the porch swing. Morning coffees on the porch looking at the lake were so relaxing. We loved the ice maker and made use of all of the amenities. We saw air mattresses in the closets, but didn't use them. The upstairs large bedroom is so cozy for reading on the little couch space. We walked to town multiple times daily and loved having use of the sand toys, beach chairs and hand carry to get back and forth with all of our beach stuff. If you have kids, the aquatic center was a blast for only 5 entry. Solid list of recommendations on the fridge, think we hit them all and loved being able to walk almost everywhere. Tifani is so responsive and is a wonderful host! Loved our time in Clear Lake!

Perfect Getaway

We recently stayed at this wonderful property, and it exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the city beach and restaurants.The house itself was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the cozy living area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.Overall, this was an amazing experience, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect location and accomodation for 3 sister getaway. The "extra" amenities are wonderful. Great coffee on the porch and premium soaps & shampoo add a special touch. Excellent communication with host.

Great place to stay!

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Had a pup basket with blankets and dog dishes. Kitchen was well stocked with gas stove and a dishwasher which was nice to have. A overall all great place to stay and would recommend it.

We Loved our stay in Clear Lake!

My wife, oldest daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Tifani's Clear Lake house. We loved the short walk to the center of town and the lake. The house was big enough to host a day with our extended family from Forest City while we watched the classic car parade pass by the front yard. Very clean and comfy! Thanks Tifani, we'll be back!

Great Location Near Downtown

The location of this property is excellent! We were able to walk three short blocks to downtown to a great coffee shop because we were too lazy to make it. A grocery store, a gyro diner, and other great little places are all within walking distance. The property itself included plenty of towels along with beach chairs and other amenities for enjoying the lake. This adorable two-bedroom house can easily handle a family of four. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely house. Perfect location.

It’s the little things that make a stay wonderful. Good coffee, quality shampoo, nice bedding, and the beach chairs and wagon made the stay perfect. We could walk to the beach and the park and restaurants. I would recommend you stay here. We were just 2 people with lots of space for more. I would come back here with the kids.

Clear Lake Property

Our family loved the size of the home and how close the property was to walk to the many activities available downtown. Getaway by the Lake

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The accommodations were wonderfully appointed with all the comforts of home. It is within walking distance to everything you need and a lot of dining and entertainment. Clear Lake is a gem and this property makes it easy to enjoy!

Great location

Beautifully decorated house that is close to the lake and downtown. We were able to walk to both places. The kitchen was equipped with new appliances and appeared to be newly remodeled. The stairs were a little challenging going down since I have a bad knee and they were a bit steep, however the bedrooms upstairs were very nice size and very comfortable. Again awesome decor. The bathroom was near the bedrooms on the second floor. We did use the grill which appeared new and was clean. Maybe a note could appear in the house book about instructions for the new kitchen appliances.

Qute house and great location.

Good space, updated kitchen which was awesome, update bathroom and bedrooms. Super long driveway and lots of extra perks...coffee, beach gear, ice maker, and much more. All questions were answered quickly.
