Our stay at Clear Sky Resorts was absolutely unforgettable. The stargazing dome was stunning and super comfortable. We asked for a couple of extra pillows to get even cozier, and the staff delivered them right away with a smile. Their attention to detail made our trip feel truly special.

Absolutely loved our stay at Clear Sky Resorts! The stargazing domes are truly magical, and waking up to mountain views was breathtaking. We had a minor issue with our WiFi connection on the first night, but the staff responded immediately and got it fixed in no time. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel totally at ease. When we arrived there was a power outage in the whole of the county - so not their fault. It came back on quickly & we settled into our dome No56. Don’t forget your passcode into your dome like we did & locked ourselves out! This place is stunning - the domes are not equipped with any utensils, glasses etc.. but the facilities are exceptional. Dinner is to die for! It opened in August 2024 & we visited May 2025 so very new. If you afford it, then just go!

Great idea/vision, set up in Mother Nature. A lot of credit to the investors. What was the goal? Deluxe camping (very expensive)? High end resorts (missed the goal totally)? Very little credit to the interior designers. Poorly built, mostly because of design and poor choice of materials (inappropriate for rental). Poorly furnished, uncomfortable sofa, takes room and blocks curtains and AC/heater. No chairs, no table. Refrigerator is 2 feet from the bed and blocks from opening the drawers, forgot about it? In the desert? My heart goes to the cleaning team. Do not know how they will clean the fan, curtains, ac/heater grids, bathroom, window edges... Will age badly and really fast. We had a great promotion and got upgraded so we did good but if you pay the real price... Restaurant was closed, you eat a $50 plate in the reception area on a uncomfortable sofa and plate on your knees... They have music with portable speaker, could be better sound. Front door to reception was damaged, dirty and had hand written signs... A lot of staff (or not) around the reception, could look more professional... IT IS A VISUAL EXPERIENCE. If you can go, go asap. I could continue...Thank you for asking

We booked The Clear Sky resort for our one year anniversary, and I can tell you that it’s been an amazing experience. We loved the personalized touches they made for us like leaving a small chocolate cake with strawberries and a card that read happy anniversary. It is little things like this that make us return for future trips and share our experiences with friends. Thank you so much for such a great anniversary trip.

Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful bath and amenities, great bed and bedding. Cons: poor internet, isolated location limits you from making this a “home base”. Limited food options. Overpriced. The main draws are the unique structures and the “clear sky” for viewing the night sky. Sadly, we didn’t hit the clear sky lottery and only caught glimpses of stars in the middle of the night.

Wifi was not working due to weather. Main eating space is under construction at the time of our visit which they did tell us right before arriving. It’s beautiful but seems like the property is still working through some logistics to make it just right for guest given the price point of this experience.

This place was fantastic! The stars were amazing. The pod was everything I wanted it to be. One gripe: the dinner service was super slow and the dining room was closed. However!! Our server was super polite and gave us a discount as a result of the slow service (without us complaining). The night time view more than made up for the dining. Pro-tip: maybe bring a head lamp if want to do a late night stroll. Also the room gets a bit toasty in the late morning. Would love to visit this place again!

Bar and restaurant under construction huge part of their advertising and appeal but did not offer a discount. Attempted to order food for delivery the staff was disorganized couldn’t find a server. Food was cold and tasteless when delivered an hour later. No coffee in the lobby again asked if we could order coffee and they had to go find a server took so long we left. The exact globe that we were assigned to on their website says fire pit when we got there we were told the model did not come with one despite having their website up with the exact listing. Seems like it’s run by a bunch of young people who have no idea what is going on which is a shame for such an expensive stay.
