“The Host did not know of my booking until I reached out to request the check in instructions. I only booked 10 not 30 due to suspicion. - I was not informed until AFTER booking they did not want the air lower than 74° Which should have been apparent in this NON REFUNDABLE listing. BASICALLY gave me no choice in my living conditions and what I am spending my money on. WHAT A SET UP! - The unit was smoldering upon entering. The unit smelled foul like old trash. There was trash and rat dripping……

It was in a safe and quiet area yet still close to restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive and thorough in all communications. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“We came to Tulsa for four nights with just one planned activity- an 80's Prom at Cain's. Which was totally awesome!The rest of our time in town was excellent. The condo is situated perfectly in town to walk to many restaurants, bars, concert venues and a baseball stadium.We also spent a couple of afternoons by the pool. There was a decent amount of shade and it was quiet. Highly recommend staying here!”

“We stayed for a few nights and it was great. The beds were comfortable, and the patio was so cute. Very well stocked with kitchen items, and plenty of towels! Really a good location that was close to many things. The street parking was easy to find a spot most of the time. The hallway smelled like smoke but you could not smell it in the apartment at all. We didn’t hear any neighbors, either. Loved that they had a steamer, but of note there was not a full length mirror in the apartment. Super……

“I wanted to stay in the Brookside neighborhood area to be close to my daughter who is training with Tulsa Ballet - the convenience was so great. I host was very gracious to allow me to check in a little bit early. The space was brand new, modern and beautiful. The bed is hard if you like a firm bed. You are in a neighborhood so there are Barking dogs at night — maybe bring earplugs? Brookside has lots of cute shops and great restaurants to try! You are in walking distance to the park, however……
