不满意：服务设施，员工和服务
No elevator and went 3 flights up with a ton of luggage. Booking system was convoluted with different combinations. Didn’t get into the room til 6pm. Then when I asked for a late checkout, they wanted to charge a fortune. The room smelled terrible. Had to open all the windows. Extremely noisy coming from outside. Nothing within walking distance. Not a single drawer or shelf and not a single hanger. This is obviously part of a big business. Oh, they also double billed my cleaning deposit, which took a month to get back, only after my credit card company intervened. And lastly, the rod the shower curtain was on fell on me causing a pretty good gash. Quite hinestly, they’re lucky I didn’t sue.
