Completely Remodeled Modern Country 4BR Home in Avon Ohio on 1 Acre Lot. Features 3 Living Rooms (one is a Large Sun room with Sliding Doors). 4 Bedrooms (2 with Queens), 1 with Full Size Bed and one with 2 Twins). This home provide all the room you will need for large family gathering! 1 Full bath and 1 1/2 Bath. Convenient to Cleveland OH, Western Suburbs and tourist attractions such as Cedar Point. Located on large 1.25 acre lot with nice garden areas in the back for outside entertaining, etc. Huge 3 season room with sliding doors. This is a great home for large family gatherings or families! Outdoor area in back with lawn furniture & grill.

Located just a mile from i90 and many restaurants and bars.
