Staff was amazing. All of them were very nice. When we got to our room, we noticed stains on the sheet. So we ended up stripping it. The bathroom vanity was dirty and the shelf underneath was so dusty. Went to get in the shower and we didnt have any body wash, completely empty. The coffee pot didnt work. We ended up going down and getting coffee. A Very nice hotel just needs to pay attention to details in the rooms.

Room was spacious, but in need of updating (e.g., frayed upholstery). Valet parking was expensive and poorly run. We waited for over a half hour to get the car back. The manager agreed to a credit, but processed the "credit" as an additional charge. It took several days, texts and phone calls to get the billing straightened out. Disappointing.

The hotel was clean and the workers were very friendly. The location was perfect in downtown as you were able to walk just about anywhere. We walked to progressive field from here and it took about 10 minutes. The only bad thing I can say is the walls are very thin in between rooms. We had people come back in the next room over at 2am and they were very loud and you could hear every word they said. Had to end up calling security, who took care of problem. As I know thats not the hotels fault, it's just something to be aware of when you book here.

Special thanks to Latoya who so warmly welcomed my sister and me to Crowne Plaza at Playhouse Square. The room was great but we weren't able to get it cool enough (we like REALLY cool rooms for sleeping). Beds were very comfortable, room and bathroom super clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The valet service was prompt and courteous. And we were able to walk to the play "Shucked". So much to do nearby or an easy car drive away. Cleveland rocks at the Crowne Plaza at Playhouse Square.

Excellent property that is conveniently located. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. I definitely recommend this hotel. The one issue that I experienced was that the night front desk worker was not particularly nice when I alerted him that i was missing a cover for m bed. Overall, great hotel.

This place was perfect for my birthday trip. Walkable distance from Progressive Field and Rocket Arena, maybe a 15 minute walk tops if you’re a slow walker. The Lake Erie view room is worth the extra couple dollars the view was just amazing, good view of Playhouse Square as well. Good dining options right next door too. The room was spacious and really clean, my only issue with the room was the shower pressure wasn’t too good. I have no complaints about anything else. Check in was super easy and the valet guys were helpful. Definitely my go to hotel for trips to Cleveland for now on!

Upon check-in, the concierge was wonderful. He brought our bags to our room, gave us a tour, told us about restaurants in the area, and made sure we had everything we needed that evening. Facility was very clean and accommodating. The next day however, service was mediocre. We felt no one was helping us, and had very little service at breakfast. Wasn’t too impressed with the breakfast in general.

While the Crown Plaza was a bit on the dated side, it worked well for staying in downtown Cleveland to attend a baseball game. The valet was convenient and friendly, but understandably slower during high checkout periods. Overall, a lovely stay.
