One of the beds had missing slats under the mattress so the mattress was tilted. Leak in bathroom ceiling; I called to report and did not get a response.

The apartment is spacious and clean. However, the sheets and towels had a musk of smoke and the location is one house away from a train line. The trains stopped during the late night and early morning but were loud in the front room when passing.

Terrible experience

My family of 5 was in Cleveland because my sister was being treated for brain cancer at the Cleveland Clinic. On our first night, Just after 8 o’clock, a group of people began playing loud music upstairs. The constant f-bombs and talking about drinking could be heard as clear as day through the paper thin walls. We came to find out that it was the girl who cleans for owner. When the cleaning/partying continued until almost 11 pm and we complained, the owner told us we were being rude and ridiculous. We had planned to stay 7 nights and moved out after the first night. The owner only agreed to refund us half our stay. In addition to the owner being a terrible person, the apartment was dark and dingy. The lights don’t work and the furniture was in bad shape. Avoid this place at all costs!

Sadly had to cancel

CDC asked that no one travel over Thanksgiving. We stayed home, but likely will stay there again after the pandemic is over. It is perfectly located to visit my son and his family

Nice, Roomie, good communication

Suggestion: holes in back bedroom wall (not very big but viewable) / front porch needs an umbrella since there’s no roofing cover. Experience: Billy is extremely easy to connect with and answers all questions promptly very good host home was fitting to all needs Would I recommend: YES!

Good price and location

Convenient to downtown Cleveland and everything on the west side. Quite a few drugstores/convenience stores walking distance, and only 8 min to Target. Clean and well equipped home. There is shared parking with downstairs unit.

Family Vacation

My wife and I, plus our 4 children stayed here for two nights. This home was as described. Plenty of space for our group. I saw complaints about plugs, silverware, older kitchen etc. The only thing that was not wonderful is that the kitchen cabinets need updated but other than that things were great. I didn't book this for the silverware and plugs, I booked it for its location. It was great! We got home from the Browns game in an incredible short amount of time and little to no traffic. I know, you are saying of course you got home fast it was the Browns who seem to not win games. The stadium was pretty full and they actually won! A train went by and of course you can hear it but that is normal life. We are so grateful we got to stay here and would stay again. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay!!

Needs electrical update

We struggled to find electrical outlets. Only one outlet in the kitchen worked and only accepted 2 prong plugs; the toaster that was available had the 3rd prong cut off. Almost everything else was plugged into extension cords. We had five people in the rental. They had only 7 thin towels available for our three-night stay. There were exactly 5 forks and 3 of them were child-size. It stated there was parking in the driveway; however there are 3 rental units using the same driveway and we were never able to use the driveway since only one car could park in the driveway without blocking the other vehicles in. We didn’t realize that a railroad track ran by the house (about 100 yards); shortly after going to bed our first night, a train went through blasting it’s horn and sounded like it was coming right through the house. On th positive side, for being an older rental, it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Well located for our needs with space for a family of 7.

It was a good place to accommodate a family of 7. The beds were comfortable and the common area was big enough for everybody. The kitchen could use a couple working outlets on the counter area and some updates. Even though the train tracks were close by it didn't bother us because the train pass twice. We would definitely stay there again.
