This is one of the only hotels I bother to stay at. Very friendly staff and fair rates. Quality rooms with great amenities and unbelievably comfortable beds. The good cable television is a bonus too.

I choose this place based on price and reviews but I wasn’t happy with policies that I wasn’t warned about. They charge a $108 fee in case of room damages…not a hold so low I have to wait until my bank refunds it. They advertise free WiFi which technically you get but you have to purchase internet time so I don’t really see the point of making a big deal of free WiFi, no dishes are provided for the kitchens, you have to pay a $100 deposit which isn’t anywhere on the website so you be prepared or can bring your own if you want. We also had to take out our own trash or pay a $10 housekeeping fee which I find completely unacceptable. Oh and the continental breakfast was a joke..we stayed 3 days and not once did they provide enough food to last the entire time the food was offered! And it was just breakfast bars and I saw a bowl that probably held a few pieces of fruit but they seem to be it. We usually hit the lobby by 8am and it was picked bare though we should have had until 9:30! I will say it mostly clean on the property and the room was clean. Most of the staff were friendly but I won’t ever stay here again.

I used it while visiting a university. The staff was friendly and the room was stylish. However, the smell of marijuana throughout the hotel was really unbearable. Expect no breakfast.

Notice a lot of people that have been living here for a while did not feel safe leaving my car there it coming late at night since everyone would hang out outside. Our bed was filled with hair and had no towels. Staff did not want to give us towels at first it was like pulling teeth to get some. Place has a bad odor as soon as you walked in

Both elevators not working. No dishes or even a coffee pot in the room (unless I wanted to make a $100 deposit), lock on the door did not function, floors in the room were sticky, no plastic cups in the room. Pillows were flat and old and it smelled like someone had been smoking in it. The meeting room had tables that were so sticky I had to ask someone to come in and clean them. All the tables and chairs were dirty and nicked up and some parts were broken off. Breakfast was either boiled eggs in a ziplock with a hand written expiration date or granola bars or packaged mini muffins and yogurt. The place was vile and if I weren't so tired when I arrived last night I would have demanded my money back and gone somewhere else.

Beware! I booked for a 2 queen size beds room at Expedia because we are a family of 4. Upon arrival the front desk put us in a room with 1 king size bed. He told us they can change our room because I book through 3rd party which is Expedia. I drove for 7 hours and was too tired to cancel and look for another hotel late in the day. I will never book in this hotel again!
