PROS:Bathrooms & Bedrooms cleanBeds very comfortableKitchen clean & functionalSecure parkingQuick response from host/managementAC worked great.Grean Goat Cafe ACONS:NO WiFiMissing light bulbsLow water pressure in showersLack of seatingCoffee Tables & bar stools in disrepair & unsafeRug in living room was a tripping hazardFloor was sticky.Bedroom lamps not functionalParking lot was a block away- very inconvenient.Door keypad battery died - had to wait 45 mins for someone to come and replace and let us in.No WiFi !!!!!!!!With just a bit of care this place could be awesome.Would I stay here again ? - Probably not.

This space has great potential.

The space in this building has great potential. Pros: Ease of check in, communication with the property manager Cons: Lack of furniture to sit on, showers (water pressure), cleanliness (very dusty), overwhelming scent of “Febreze” type smell on the furniture and sheets, Threadbare linens in the bathroom including no bath mat in one of the bathrooms, We enjoyed our stay, for the most part, because we were catching up with friends. The space has a ton of potential to be clean, comfortable and cozy. There was really not enough furniture for 4 adults to comfortably sit on, however there was enough room to add additional furniture. The water pressure in the showers in both bathrooms was very low, and in one the shower barely trickled past the built in bench. The shower heads were immobile and couldn’t be moved to possibly help with this situation. Overall, I don’t think we’d stay here again, but it was adequate space for 2 nights, for sleeping mostly.
