Room was a tiny bit dirty even though they said the room was ready. Couch looks like it was from a thrift store from 1980s. TV was terrible it had extreme contrast and brightness and even though adjusted settings the colors were off by a lot. Not sure if this was in the "bad" area of Cleveland but across the streets there was a four points hotel that was tagged (graffiti) and broken into I guess it's been abandoned for a while Staff was nice and welcoming kitchen people were very nice their breakfast was pretty good. Just room a little dirty and quite outdated.

Aside from the elevator out of order the place was clean and well maintained. Staff told us about the elevator at check in, apologized for the inconvenience, and worked to accommodate needs as much as possible.

Our experience staying here was fine-the room was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The extended parking and airport shuttle is very convenient and fee is super reasonable. The only thing I can find to complain about was the water in the shower was only lukewarm. All in all though, because of the convenience and helpful staff, we’d probably stay there again in the future.

The hotel is modern, and the interior decor is quite stylish. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. The back of the toilet seat was yellow and had to be cleaned by us. We also found hair on one of the beds, and all the bed sheets and pillow covers were very old and smelled—not fresh at all. Cleanliness definitely needs improvement.

We were put into a room where there were obvious stains all over the sheets. We let the front desk know and they did move us to another room. Unfortunately there was hair all on the sheets of the second room. We checked in late and were so exhausted we could not keep bouncing room to room. The bathroom sink is immediately in the doorway making it extremely awkward if someone is trying to get ready after getting out of the shower because they would be standing right inside the door. The floors were so dirty our feet were black. And the convenience area in the lobby only offered water. Overall a very disappointing stay and wouldn’t recommend it.
