My husband and I reserved a room for 2 nights. Upon check in it started storming outside and the front desk lady motioned for me to stand in the rain at the side window to take my information. It wasn't quite 3pm and she did not let me into the lobby. She was very rude. Asked for my name and then poked fun at it She stated that the man was getting our room ready and that it was possible he left the door open upstairs. Then she told me that it doesn't matter if I don't come up with the 50. Deposit I wouldn't get the key anyway. Insinuating I couldn't produce 50. Bucks. Which I did. We go up to the room, the door was open. Got comfortable and the door flies open , the man came in the room looking around saying oh I thought I left it in here. We asked what it was but he never told us. I said that if I find it I'd let them know. Whatever it was??? Next after a bath, I laid down and fell asleep. At 1:30am I awoke to itching. Asking my husband to turn on the lights...we were covered in BEDBUGS!!! Big ones, little ones more than we could count. Appeared to be an infestation. I have pictures and videos of the BEDBUGS crawling all over the bed. On the floor, drapes, chair, tables, EVERYWHERE. LITERALLY EVERYWHERE!!! My husband went down to the front desk and told the lady and she shrugged saying you probably brought them in on your shoes Didn't bother to come check it out or offer us a different room. She did NOTHING. That's when we called Expedia. Explaining to them what was going

Disappointing

I hate to be negative, but it was a pretty poor experience. The sheets were stained. Couldn’t tell if they were just dirty or stained. Cockroaches in the bathroom at night very strong smell of cigarettes in the middle of the night. So strong it woke me up and was choking me. I had so go outside and open my door we 2am. In order to get my deposit back, I had to physically check out. Nice people… but if I had any other option, I would take that before coming back here.

Reservation said two o'clock check in but they won't even let you into the lobby until 3 pm. Cleaning staff (of one) walks around with an open bottle of hard liquor and reeked of marijuana. Sheets were badly soiled and covered with human hair. Replacements weren't much better. Fifteen minutes into the stay the roaches started crawling out of the walls, furniture and bed. Squished a dozen or so, then packed up and got out of there as fast as we could. Before leaving the parking lot we cancelled our reservation for our trip home, with the same chain but further North. Worst waste of a hundred bucks we've ever experienced.
