“Enough space to lay your head between days of vacationing”

“Very comfortable basement apartment with full bath, queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, couch, etc. We had our own separate entrance and daylight windows with lots of light. The bed was comfortable and we had great communication with the owner. Conveniently located in Victor, which worked well for us in town for a Victor/Mendon wedding.”

“Our 3rd stay here and we love how close it is to our daughter, the walk to local places to eat, coffee shop, ice cream shop and even the local library! We will be back!”

“Important to note: we didn't actually end up in this apartment - we stayed in a similar apartment in the same building. Host was very responsive and helpful about the change in plans. I've dealt with sudden booking changes with other hosts and this was by far the most positive experience I've ever had. While this is likely an unusual experience, it speaks highly of the host's ability to manage their properties.”

“Our family stayed for three nights for a local swimming meet that our 10yr old daughter was competing in. Tom (owner) was wonderful from the beginning. Communication before, during, and after our stay was awesome. Ken (listing manager) was also very helpful and informative during the process. The house was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. It was also conveniently located close to great local restaurants and grocery stores. Check in and check out was very smooth. We couldn't have asked for……
