“It was my second time staying here. It’s a great property. Location for us is perfect and secluded. I will say this time I noticed the house was not as clean. I get you are in the woods but we found mouse droppings in pots and pans. The house seems super cluttered with expired food in the fridge and clothing in the dressers. The owners are very accommodating and helpful. ”

“The house was perfect. Pictures were true for the house but not for the lake front. The lake was very low which was a disappointment but the overall experience was great. We all had a great relaxing couple of days. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven.”

“Absolutely perfect little house for a visit to Hohenwald. It wound up being super convenient to both my kid and downtown. The next door neighbor's cats were also appreciated, albeit from a distance. Despite the rain and tornado watches (thanks to the Host for the heads-up about that!), the house was cozy and just right. Might rent it again if I come back next year to do Mule Day, despite the distance.”

“Came into town for a family memorial celebration. Being from Nashville, with deep roots in this area, staying here just felt like home and we appreciated the hospitality so very much! The Home is rustic, very clean, beds super comfortable and the porches are wonderful! If you are a nature lover you will enjoy this! We certainly did! Would definately stay here again!Horner family”

“ THIS PLACE ROCKS!!!It has everything we needed and more. The jacuzzi tub was an added bonus. So was the bidets. I felt as if I was at 5 star resort. The private lighted boat inlet is perfect for docking a small to mid size boat. It’s quiet and relaxing. Nashville is an hour and 25 minutes away. The Thai food restaurant, that is only a mile or two away, has THE BEST Thai food we’ve ever ate. And us being from Chicago, that’s saying a lot. The boat launch is only a house……
