"There was a mistake, and our room was not made up when we arrived at the property. However, we immediately got a room upgrade for free, and multiple staff members apologised for the inconvenience. A beautiful place to stay, and well-priced too. Thank you!"

"Recently refurbished flat in the city centre, excellent location. The heating worked really well, nice bathroom, good apartment size.The windows have not been refurbished yet, which meant that some of them could not be opened.
