“We were in town for work at U of M. This place was excellent, and the location was hard to beat! We will definitely want to stay here again. ”

“This was a great location for us, very walkable and bikeable to both the city and parks and trails. The accomodations themselves had everything we needed for a few days' stay. Cozy living room area and beautiful walk in shower were the highlights. Enough space for a rainy movie night or a light meal, but this place is best served for enjoying the surroundings more than staying in.”

“While the property shares the driveway with the main house, it's a cozy secluded feel in a wooded area.The place has a wonderful kitchen with a mini fridge and a hot plate and other appliances are provided if you wish to cook.It has a lovely fireplace and good air conditioning (I stayed when it was quite warm).Ideal for a private or cozy getaway for a couple. A lovely relaxing stay.”

“This was a great property to stay in. Great communication with host. The only thing was a wonky TV remote. We even changed the batteries and we could not get the volume to change. The fact that there was construction on the railroad tracks mean we had to go out of our way to get around town. Not a game changer though.”

“As described. Large open plan studio, modern, clean, nice furniture. Great shower. I didn’t use any of the kitchenette facilities (there was a note to say only use one device at a time). Checkin was easy. AC/Heating was good. Would recommend / stay again. As it’s an open plan room there a little noise from the fridge and lights from electrics appliances - easy to deal with. Ditto on the AC fan noise (easy to change). Very nice neighbourhood with nice houses. Easy to walk to downtown. ”

“I really enjoyed staying in this apartment! It was clean and in a quiet area. The access to the freeway and Ann Arbor was very convenient. There is a free laundry facility, but it is not in the actual apartment. I would definitely stay here again! The communication with the owner was very good!”
