“We came for a family gathering, coming from Alaska, Colorado, and Minnesota. The house was perfect for our group. We had two year olds to 70-year-olds and it was the perfect set up. Gregory is an awesome host, very responsive and accommodating. The house is beautifully equipped. We cooked dinners for our group of 11 and had everything we needed. We walked to the swimming beach, to town, and The Cool Wave coffee shop. I would definitely go back and highly recommend this wonderful property.”

“First I am normally not a complainer. I have also stayed in many VRBOs. All very positive experiences.I was expecting rustic because this place looked dated. However upon arrival there is an odor in the home that could not clearly be explained. We bought candles to help with the smell. It is supposed to be supplied with enough towels and wash clothes for 13 guests. It is not. They are working on flooring up stairs so one room was subfloor. Not completed. The bedroom closets were filled with……

“My mom and I stayed here while we were in town for a book signing. It's an old home that has been upgraded, but still feels unique (the floors are beautiful). It's the perfect size for 2-3 people. The heat lamp in the bathroom is great. Nice quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to downtown and the library! Fair warning that the washer and dryer are not free (coin-operated), so if you had a longer stay, be prepared for that! ”
