Right on Sunlight beach. This large home has it all! Comfortable, waterfront location with unobstructed views of the water, Mt Rainier, Seattle and the Olympic Mountains.

Deck right off the main living area. Enjoy magnificent sunsets, birds, water and mountains. Grab your favorite book or beverage, watch nature’s show of bald eagles, great blue herons, and egrets.

You'll become mesmerized by the tide working its way in or out. There’s absolutely nothing like beach front and our guests love to explore the beach! During low tide you can stroll and at high tide, the options for water sports are endless...kayaking and paddle boards (we provide 2/4 Kayaks) and swimming.

The open concept main floor has Pottery Barn furniture. There is a sitting room off the kitchen, a dining room, a powder room and a media room which has a large sectional sofa, 70" TV for Netflix, and an over sized reclining leather chair. We provide wifi for you to stream your favorite shows. There is no cable.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including an Air Fryer, Insta Pot, and Sous Vide for you to use.

The master bedroom & bathroom is privately located on the upper level of the home. It is the only bedroom on the third floor. It features a king size bed.

The daylight basement has a movie theater and reclining couches.
Bedroom #1: includes a queen size bed and custom built in desk with a closet.
Bedroom #2 & #3 each have two twin beds and a closet.
Bedroom floor on the main floor we call the Kid Room. It is above the garage and has a slanted ceiling. Perfect for kids not adults.

The house is about 3000 square feet, with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, two family rooms on having a movie theater and an open floor plan all in a sunny, southern exposure.

Our house is 90 minutes from Seattle including the spectacular (car) ferry ride. We are 12 minutes from the ferry and 12 minutes from Langley. Whidbey Island is a bucolic paradise that has many interesting shops, local, art galleries, antique stores, gardens, and great restaurants including the world class restaurant at the Inn at Langley.

There’s hiking, golfing, horse back riding as well as bike, kayak and boat rentals; an abundance of activities for everyone. Don’t overlook the numerous State Parks and especially the old growth walk at South Whidbey State Park. There are many seasonal festivals and two Farmer’s Markets. (May- Oct)

Check in is at 5 pm and check out is at 10 am, unless otherwise agreed upon with owner. We try very hard to get you an early check in and often do.

We are in a very friendly beach community with neighbors close by, so if you are looking for a party spot this won't be a good option for you.
We only allow for people that are on the reservation. In other words if you book for eight people only eight people that you booked for are to be on the property. If more coem there will be a $500 charge. Cleaning fee is $400 from May 20-Sept 5th and holidays.
Parking is limited to 3 cars at any time. Street parking is not available. There are outdoor cameras provided for safety.

Come, relax outside or inside. At night play games at the large kitchen table or watch a movie in the theater. Come to paradise, it is only a drive away!
