The front desk clerk told me upon my arrival that they were no rooms available. After that we went into the room and the sheets were dirty! (new to this or else I will upload pictures) after trying the front desk two times finally got through. It was able to schedule a change in rooms. Two of the lamps in this room did not work. The dust was unacceptable. The smell of must mold and mildew. Oh wait did I tell you about the entrance? The driveway was uncapped and you couldn’t see the hotel from the road. It looked like a horror movie going up the hill and around the turns. The trees bushes grass was overwhelming. When I asked the receptionist and four play pens or cribs, I was told they got rid of them. They didn’t even have rollaway beds not that my one year old and three-month-old could sleep in. When we called later for clean sheets. It took about three hours, and I had to change the sheets on the beds myself. When I asked what took so long, I was told that the property was turning over to an assisted living building, and that they had limited staff.

You have to set your expectations to stay here. The price is great but the place is a mess. Its being renovated and there's a bad and a shower that's good. The pool and fitness center are worn and there is laundry. You have the basics but don't plan to stick around the hotel.

The only redeemable feature of this hotel was that our room and bathroom were reasonably clean in comparison to the rest of the dilapidated, unkempt property. Ignore the hanging drape half/valance and the lack of a black-out shade or opaque drape for privacy (the room was at eye level with the adjacent public outdoor patio) if you can sleep wondering who is looking in at you. Very insecure feeling in this wooded area.

Turned out fine

Based on the slow check-in and dirty parking lot and lobby, I thought this hotel was going to be awful. Couple that with the fact that my wife kept reading so many reviews stating that the hotel couldn't find their reservation, I was convinced we were doomed. But the room was fine, mostly clean, and my wife and I agree it was the most comfortable bed of the 10 hotels we stayed in during our trip. Do what you will with this information.

They wouldn't let us check in. They overbooked and did not accept our confirmed reservation. We had to go to another motel and pay $50 more. HORRIBLE.

When you look at the pics for this hotel, it shows a beautiful hotel. The pics and the description of the hotel are all false. The pics are from years ago. They don’t tell you the place has been run down and in a disrepair/remodeling phase. One of the two elevators was broken; there were sheets hanging over openings to old dining/event rooms in some stage of remodel; the grand entrance had furniture all pushed together off to the side; their snack area in the pic was a rack on the wall with 2-3 bags of chips scattered on it; the carpets on the hallway to our room were dirty; our white comforter had multiple stains on it; both stand up lamps were broken & leaning; the desk in the room had scratches all over it; my husband and I both saw bugs appear in the bathroom during the night (I killed a spider on the toilet lid); both my husband and I felt like we had bugs on our legs during the night (I had a couple small welts on my legs the next morning). The outside parking lot was a complete mess…the trees & bushes were overgrown; old flower pots were stacked in front of the hotel near the front entrance; they had boards across windows on the top floors and push out windows were left propped open all the time; signs were laying on their sides; and as you enter their lot there is a sign that says “park at your own risk”. That makes you feel good. I was so looking forward to staying here and I have to say it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a hotel.

This property is currently being renovated, which it sorely needs. We were in an older room, so not in the greatest shape, but it was very clean. Not sure when the breakfast buffet started on a saturday morning, but when we checked out at 7:30 it wasn't open yet and no coffee. Hoping that once it's fully remodeled it will be beautiful.

The hotel is under construction because it’s becoming an assisted living property in a month. No where when we booked was that stated in the description nor on the hotel’s website. Upon check in they said the king room I booked wasn’t available but they could offer a room with double beds. Once we said that wasn’t acceptable then they said they could give us a king bed. The restaurant they advertised on the property was closed and the comforter had a big nasty stain on it so we had to sleep with only the top sheet. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at, years ago this facility was immaculate but not anymore!

Cleanliness was hit or miss. One bed cover had a blood stain, but the other bed cover was just fine! One window curtain was hanging loose, but the other was OK. One elevator was out, but the other worked! Front desk wouldn't give me the room I ordered, but the room I got still had beds in it! Advertised breakfast was cold cereal and bagels. But there was a toaster! After all this the price was right and a quiet night. Mattress was good.

I had booked this hotel 2 months prior and when I arrived to check in they told me that the hotel was booked. We had a wedding to go to in 30 minutes and no where to leave our stuff. In the meantime, a friend who just got the last room there sent pictures of the underside of the bed sheets. There was blood, a black bug crawling (not sure of bed bugs), and numerous stains on the sheets. Someone was looking over us when we found out there were no more rooms. Thank God we dodged that bullet!
