“A few friends and I were staying here during a women’s conference and we really enjoyed the place. Street parking was nice to be able to park directly in front of the door although you had to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the apartment, but it wasn’t that bad. You could walk downtown and to some shops and restaurants right from your apartment door, definitely a plus! “The first night we stayed here, we got locked out of the house because the batteries for the automatic lock had died. We called the maintenance guy, but he was not able to get in as there was not a spare key where the owner said it was. The owner stopped answering his phone and essentially left us stranded. We ended up having to crawl through a window to get in. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is no more than a trickle.”

“Enjoyed our long weekend stay for the Kentucky 3 day event. Plenty of space for 3 adults, it is so cute & comfy. There is a great kitchen if cooking & staying in, or plenty of dining options nearby for going out. The snacks, drinks & toiletries were a nice touch & made us feel immediately welcome. Chuck the owner could not have been nicer & made our stay very enjoyable. There was great communication and he made sure to check in on us during our stay. We are looking forward to hopefully book……
