“This cabin is perfect for a stay for a small family or couple. All necessary accommodations are available the environment was so cozy and clean. The host has good communication and was willing to accommodate our dog that recently got hurt right before our trip and our child whom we had to take our trip. The host even offered a Air mattress if needed. This is a highly recommended VRBO and I would definitely stay again at this location! ”

“Had a great stay! Worked perfectly for our “needs”. We stayed here the night before our fishing tournament at Bullards Bar. Plenty of room to park both of our boats and tow vehicles. Very nice house. Would definitely stay again, and recommend. The only thing that would have made it better for our situation would have been to have either two adult sized twin or full beds in the room that had bunk beds. “I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate. The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed. There were a lot of people wandering around outside, but I feel like most……
