“My son and I are from Seattle, we meet up with my brothers from Florida and Ohio for the MLB Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in Cooperstown. What a wonderful weekend it was and at a beautiful house that overlooked a creek with two waterfalls. The outside views from the deck were only surpassed by the wide-open spaces inside the house. “A great little place for a couples get away. The property sits right on the water, and a marina to launch a boat is just a few minutes away. The house was clean and bedding was comfortable. It has a 2nd bedroom that would be good for a child. The owner kept in touch and made sure we had what we needed. Would definitely recommend this place.”

“This home as was unique and as gorgeous as we had hope for! Right on the canal where we fished with a lot of luck. Lots of fish..Ducks ..turtles. seagulls..and even a muskrat. House was clean and smelled great. Beds are comfy and cozy..and we all slept great with the central AC. They have a range of board games such as SORRY...Monopoly..Scrabble etc. The view is amazing from both the deck and the balcony. The neighborhood is clean and in the heart of downtown near ice cream……

“We had a great time in Sylvan Beach. The house was great. Perfect location near beach, restaurants, bars, ice cream, amusement park, pretty much everything was within a 5 minute walk. The house was very clean and perfect for our two families (4 kids under 4). Great space and had all the amenities we needed (even beach accessories - chairs, tubes, toys, floaties). Annette was very responsive and checked in mid-trip to see if we needed anything. Overall 10/10 and we would definitely stay here……

“We enjoyed our stay. The host was awesome and even called to see if we had any questions before our stay. The only thing that caught us off guard was there is not central AC, it was two window units. Just something to know incase you are like us and like a cool/cold house. Other than that everything was awesome! Beautiful property to enjoy time on the lake! ”

“Loved our stay at Priest Cottage. Very impressed with how well appointed it was - lots of towels, dishes, nightlights and 3 bathroom sinks. The location, right on the water, is lovely- we sat outside and had coffee and breakfast. Communication with tge owner was easy, and they were very responsive. ”

“This stay was for my daughters college graduation. We’ve been staying at various hotels and rentals in the area. Has we found this spot 4 years ago we would have stayed here during every visit! Just perfect!!!! Property is a new resort area with lots to do including use of a pontoon boat for your stay! House was beautiful, clean and has everything!”
