“This charming lakefront retreat fit our needs perfectly for our friends getaway on Selkirk Lake. Great views from the deck with lots of room and loads of seating. Inside was neat, clean and very spacious. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials that we needed. And the owner was quick to respond to our messages. Looking forward to staying here again.”

“The house was very clean. Great fishing off the pier, steps away from the door. Nice elevated patio. Quiet. Easy to access. Short trip to Hastings, which is a pleasant step back in time. Several good restaurants downtown. Plenty of shopping. Walmart close for supplies. Will return.”

“Our daughter recently moved up to Michigan and due to her work schedule, she couldn't come home for Christmas. Therefore, we decided to bring Christmas to her. Although I was apprehensive at first about doing this. I found this cottage where someone had mentioned that it was decorated for Christmas and it was very clean. Two things that I was looking for. It did not disappoint. The home was clean, decorated for Christmas, cozy and the kitchen was wonderful for preparing our holiday meal. I……

“Very adorable and clean home with a beautiful view of the lake. The photos online don’t do it justice. HUGE back deck with multiple seating options. Great pier for fishing. A great surprise that wasn’t in the photos is a floating deck. It even has built-in seats and a table! We filled up a cooler and swam out. You may reconsider bringing your own boat if you want to use this lake. There is a very small access point but it’s not really intended for the public. We were unable to back our boat……
