“Our family was traveling to attend our son’s graduation. The host was able to accommodate us with an early check in and surprised us with thoughtful graduation decor and a wreath in our son’s school colors on the door. The house was surprisingly large and could easily accommodate a family of 5-10 depending on sleeping arrangements. The house was well stocked and included items like water, coffee and snacks that we weren’t expecting but gratefully appreciated. We also enjoyed playing games……

“The property is great, furnished well and is in a fabulous location. But the lack of typical stocking made our visit inconvenient. We were in a workshop every day until 5:00 and yet had to find time to go to a store daily because there was no hairdryer, no dishwasher soap, only four plates for a four bedroom house, we ran out of toilet paper after 3 days. No check in directions that tell you there is a garage that can only be accessed or even visible from a back alley. And there is only one……

“The host is very generous with closet and dresser space as well as the refrigerator and freezer. House was very clean and the setting was peaceful. I took a quick swim in the river and read later that the Tennessee River is polluted. Nothing the owner can do about that. Still, it was a very nice setting. And it was convenient to the sound studios, good restaurants while being secluded and spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the large deck. Only complaint is that we struggled to open wine bottles……

The hosts are very kind and accommodating. They live upstairs so available to answer any questions or concerns. Thanks for a great stay. “Me and my wife came up from central Alabama to stay to fish Pickwick everything was great with the property never had to contact the property managers but had plenty of instruction if we needed to we stayed March 14th-16th and we caught catfish off the dock with no issues probably close to 50lbs worth in one evening cabin was perfect for what we needed.”
