“This is our second time in this beautiful house on the ocean. The views are stellar with whales playfully splashing on the horizon. Our teens love the ping pong table, pool, and proximity to the beach. The house is just enough out of town to be private but an easy walk to amenities. ”

The rental is not where it claims to be in the listing, it is much farther. I recommend having a car if you’re staying here. Some of the fixtures including the a/c in one of the rooms wasn’t working for our entire stay. ”

“From the beginning to the (sad) end our experience with all things Casa Chulada was exemplary. Teri, the host, could not have been more responsive or communicative. We were a family (and friends/significant others) of nine adults, and the house was perfectly sized with awesome communal and private spaces. As others have posted, the photos do not lie, and the casa and property are even lovelier in person. The pool was impeccably clean and had the most perfect temperature. We very much enjoyed……

“Everything about this property, the host/manager, and the people that helped clean and cook was magnificent. We felt welcomed, and supported every step of the way. Jose, Sandra, and Monica created gorgeous, delicious breakfasts for us and our friends we invited over (for an extra charge). The hosts brought us some of the best freshly made ceviche I have ever tasted to welcome our arrival. We were a large group visiting Troncones, and everyone who came to our (this) property said it was the best……

“We loved our stay at Punta at Punta Majahua: falling asleep each night to the sound of the ocean and waking up to a gorgeous view, walking the beach each morning, renting a scooter to use to head into town every morning for a latte, two amazing and very reasonably priced seafood restaurants (Brisas Mexicanas and Un Pencicito di Cielo) a five minute walk away, a house call massage in the open air. The property manager met us upon our arrival and was easy to communicate with throughout our stay.……
