“The Lazy Bear Lodge was a great place for 3 couples to stay with it having 3 king beds with private baths. It was a clean and cozy cabin to come back to after a day of hiking in the cold. ”

“So, overall, the property is very nice and worked well for us. My grandkids enjoyed the first floor area with the ping-pong/pool table. Their favorite was the hot tub though. Related to the hot tub, there were only enough towels for the bathroom showers (which were excellent-one for each bedroom) so we would have brought along some beach towels if we knew that to be the case. The fire pit area is as pictured, and we enjoyed several evenings out there making scores with the grandkids! The……

“My family and I do an annual cabin trip. This was year 5. Of all the places we’ve stayed, this was by far the best property. The cold plunge, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and blackstone grill (in an old truck) kept us entertained. The star gazing was pretty spectacular there, too. The movie barn was an nice touch, however it was on the second floor of the barn which made it less accessible to older members of our group. I also would not allow kids to go up the stairs unsupervised. The house is……

“Sweet private camp 20 minutes from Hocking. Large sites, shower, porta potty, firewood, nice owner. Close to a road but little traffic. Sites were not as distant from each other as I believed based on reviews. ”
