“I loved the easy late night check-in with friendly 24/7 concierge and self-check-in door code. The apartment was the perfect oasis from the city hustle and bustle, while also being close enough to everything. Comfy bed and pillows. Amazingly fast wifi for remote working including video calls and video uploads. The rooftop patio and pool were nice to chill out. I felt safe as a solo female traveller. Communication with Wynwood was easy and frequent. No complaints. Everything was perfect. ”

“We loved staying at the Wynwood for 3 nights. The property is well maitained and a quick 5 minute walk to Larcomar and all the eating options. The host was extremly responsive to our needs. There was an issue with the water heater that they had fixed right away. Would definitely recommend staying there again”

“When we arrived we were told by the unfriendly person in the front desk that the property we told him we are staying at was not on the list for approved stay . We have to wait for him to call someone who asked for our information, mostly our names and passport number ,the person claimed that we never responded to an email sent prior to our arrival asking to verify our stay , which i never received . There is no AC which was not an issue but since we have to leave the windows open it was very……

“Property is in a gated condo/apartment community which is nice for safety. It is also on the 8th flloor, with a great view of the city and ocean and off shore islands. Property manager is very quick to respond to questions. Grocery store right next door.”

“Nice and clean but stale. Typical Lima apartment issues, bad plumbing so it smells gross after toilet use, and the owmer tried to charge us for pee on the bed whem it was merely tea spilled, and i think a miscommunication due to language barrier.”

“我是来这边做生意的，一开始还蛮不错，房子也满意但是第二次续订的时候，房东加了一倍的价格，没有其他选择，而且有一次门打不开，要住客自己花钱解决，这个不应该是房东负责么。务实的说，房子不错，只是房东人不咋地，周围好酒店很多，能不来还是别来了，整体感觉很不好，第三次我就去其他地方续住了”

Expedia contacted them and they said it was sent by mistake, then told me later they had been hacked. hmm.
