“I asked the property manager at least twice for the physical address of the property. He never gave it to me. His best answer was that it was the red building on a street, up a steep hill.On the bright side, it was located close to the train station, and within reasonable walking distance of Center City.Getting hot water was tricky. It took us several tries to get it to the shower. Never really got hot water at the bathroom sink, nor the kitchen sink. There is a refrigerator, a microwave,……

“I arrived early, standing outside in the rain. Owner was able to let me in early after 45 minutes in the rain. On the 2nd morning after I started my shower the water stopped. I had to dry off and leave without a shower. Also a leak in the ceiling in the kitchen. No reduction in fee offered. Wish I had stayed elsewherey”
