“We love staying here. The rooms are not just clean they’re spotless. The rooms are comfortable… they’re warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The beds are comfortable and the chairs are too. “Beautiful surrounds, liked the bar area fireplace in a cold day. Heaters going outside as well Stayed long weekend, breakfast first night on Friday was amazing but last day was so different. I think the staff should take notice when no orange juice and ask me to go to the bar, then the bar ask me to go to reception to request it be fillef”

“What a fabulous place to stay! Our room was beautiful, it had a kitchenette which was an added bonus, everything was spotless the bed super comfy then you have the facilities, wow, beautiful grounds, a pool, tennis court, breakfast room and a bbq area but best thing of all it has putt putt and after 3 games I whooped my husband! Kerry the manager was so friendly and extremely helpful. The motel is only 5 minutes off the A39, well worth the drive, there’s a golf club and a pub within minutes of……

“Staff were great. It was quiet and conveniently located. Only issue was using fire escape stairs after 9 pm or AM before they opened which meant carry suitcases outside in rain while negotiating stairs. Food brought to room. ”

“Josie and Tony are the perfect hosts. Very pleasant and hospitable. Cleaning staff were very pleasant also. Perfect location opposite the lake and a short stroll up the main st. IGA right next door for any necessities or snacks or even a bottle of wine. ”
