“Nothing negative to say really. Booked this house for 20 guests and it fit us all comfortably. Everything was clean and loved the way this house was layed out. Lots of room and many things to do even inside the house. Huge backyard. Host was very kind. Not many things like paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags for 4 days with 20 guests as well as no washer and dryer as it’s listed.”

“very old , small, unfinished house . with 26 people as listed you would not have space to walk in the house . Unfortunately due to weather we couldn’t even stand out in backyard , so was pretty congested living for us. This house is more for campers, bachelor groups rather than family . Negatives- 1. No seatings in the house - all together you will have 1 small Futon sofa to seat in the house . Rest need to bring plastic chairs from basement. 2. Unfinished flooring - Flooring in both properties……

Had everything we needed for cooking. Not far from the towns of Port Jervis, Milford PA. Beautiful scenic drive to Port Jervis with lookouts and lots of hiking trails and fishing opportunities right near the property”

“We booked this property to celebrate my boyfriend's 30th birthday, as we were going on a ski/snowboarding trip to Elk Mountain. The game room was a key reason for choosing this rental, but we couldn't use it at all due to severe heating issues. The wall & floor heating units did not work in the game room or the downstairs bedrooms, leaving everyone who slept downstairs freezing. The game room was so cold that no one could stay in there for more than a minute. When we contacted the host, they……

“Mike was a great host from the start with responding to my messages in a timely manner and addressing additional requests. The house is very welcoming and cozy. We adored the living room area with all the windows/door which provided amazing light in the daytime. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and equipped with essentials. The kids definitely made use of the cool lower level game room. We overall enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house for a group trip!”
