“This was a fantastic condo. It has 4 units and shared laundry. We had the front unit looking at the owners house. Not really sure how they plan on parking for 4 cars as they are rebuilding the property fences. More than likely, golf carts only in the future. Anyway....EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! And you have resort access for 2 other places as well. This was one of the few places on the boardwalk we could park a car because we were passing though going south. These folks get 6 of 5……

“This apartment was small but modern and super cute—perfect for our family of four. The two beds were just right, and having a kitchen made it easy to make breakfasts before heading out on tours, plus it was great for reheating dinner leftovers for lunch.The real highlight was the location. Tucked at the very end of the sidewalk, it struck the perfect balance: close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants, yet far enough away to stay quiet and peaceful. “I have been coming to Placencia for 20 years, and I so wish I'd known about this beautiful property before now! It's so clean, pretty and perfectly stocked with everything you need - better than some of the huge, million dollar plus VRBO homes I've stayed in. It's also the perfect location! I will absolutely be staying here again and could not recommend it more highly.”

“Carmen and the staff truly care about you and your stay !!! So nice to see service has not gone out of style. Minor issues with cutlery and toilet that just need a chain. However requires a trip to Mango Creek. I'm sure it will get done. ”

“Very clean. Carmen the manager was great and so we're all the staff. Right on the main street and all the restaurants, about 150yd from the beach, 100yds from the beach sidewalk. If you have 2 good legs you don't need transportation to access everything in town. Fairly quiet.”

“Perfect location, their is a supermarket just next door. The saff is very helpfull and friendly. The only thing I would add is a place to unpack your clothes. The property has no storing nor hangers for your clothes. In the bathroom there are no towel hooks which could be nice to have. The toiletries could have more comfortable dispensers and not just small wooden cups”

“The property is in the heart of Placencia Village. Just a short walk to anything you need; food, drinks, grocery store. We enjoyed all the amenities and the use of the laundry facilities. We'd stay here again.”

“Super convenient to walk to restaurants, grocery store and shops. Office staff was awesome, could not have been more nice. Just two old ladies traveling who were taken care of and felt very safe. The beach is close and beautiful!”
