“ The facilities were not bad, everything else was horrible. This IS NOT a luxury apartment. We arrived and the room was 85 degrees at least, and were told it will cool down in a while, was probably 3-4 hours. There were no bath towels, then they gave us 4 full-size towels. No other small towels, or a shower mat. They did eventually get us a shower mat. Also, no kitchen dish towels or dish rags were there, told them and we never did get any. Also no dish detergent was provided, and no can……

“Le propriétaire de la maison Gigi, Roger, est très disponible en tout temps pour les questions et les situations difficiles tel que la Covid 19. qui a malheureusement précipité notre départ après un mois. La réception à l'Aéroport de Rio Hato par notre ange gardien Benito, présent en tout temps à proximité de la propriété fût très apprécié. La sécurité ressentie fût impeccable. Notre famille composé d'enfants et de petits enfants, ainsi que nous, (12 personnes) avons très apprécié l'espace et……

“Before the arrival date but after I was fully charge on my credit card for the reservation I was contacted by the owner saying that the apartment had been booked in two different playaforms by mistake that the other persons had done it a couple of hours before me and that I needed to cancel the reservation, that if I apply and cancel the refund was going to be faster, so I naively did it.
