With the click of one button you and your whole family can enjoy one of Beachside Vacation Rentals' premiere properties. This stunning house and quadplex combo can accommodate up to 35 guests, with 13 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms! What makes this property so special and unique is you have access to all 4 units and the entire house directly on the river. Enjoy the privacy of your own fully stocked kitchen. Soak up the sun at the beach only a short walk away, or relax and unwind with your favorite beverage on your own private balcony overlooking the Indian River lagoon. This property is the perfect vacation home for your next family reunion or big family vacation.
The Space:
All 4 and the house are equipped with everything you need to have the perfect vacation. Fully stocked kitchens, flat-screen TVs, free wifi, and private balconies overlooking the beautiful river. Snuggle up on the sofas and stream your favorite shows while the AC keeps you nice and refreshed. All 5 kitchens are complete with stainless steel appliances and all of the essentials needed to whip up tasty treats for the crew. Grab your family and friends and come relax on island time. You'll love this home away from home... and the best part, the sunshine comes free!
