The resort was nice and great for kids. We stayed for a week and they only cleaned the room once and that was because we called and complained to the front desk. So between the time we got there and they cleaned the room we had to get more towels, toilet paper and garbage bags from house keeping so we could take out our own garbage. The location was great. Was able to walk to most places and were very close to the beach.

The only thing good was that property was close to the beach. If there were negative stars i would give them -10. Otherwise they dont clean rooms every day snd request that you call them the day before to schedule a room cleaning. Well we did that and nothing happened the next day. We also requested new towels twice and despite the fact that i offered to pick them up, noone came to drop them off. I has to go to one of the cleaners that was working on a different floor to request clean towels. We were in the 6th floor, and our bathroom had roaches coming from the bathtub drain. It was overall disgusting. I ended up leaving a whole day earlier without caring that i had paid for an extra day. I couldnt have my young kids sleeping with roaches around. Worst place i have ever stayed.

The staff are wonderful, access to the beach was close and easy to get to, and the pool, definitely the central focus, has access from all sides. I'd definitely stay here again if in the area.

That property shown via the internet/Their website did not coincide. I have pictures of my room. That room was unlivable. It was a roach in the bath tub, and the room reeked of urine. I am in total shock and in the process of contacting my lawyer for false advertisement. I just left and had to find another hotel. They even charged me for that night. The rebuttal was that cancelkation time had passed

We had such a good time during our stay. The pool area was really nice. We liked the lazy river a lot. The rooms have been updated I guess, but it is an old Florida Hotel/Motel. There is really no beach access you have to walk a good 1/4 of a mile to get to it. But I guess it is do able. Walking distance to Ron Jon's and several places to eat. Great place to try is Big Daddy J's. Great food and right across the street. I would stay here again.

Esta es mi 7 vez que me quedo en mis vacaciones entre spring break y verano. We’ve stated here before and it was nice. This time, it wasn’t quite the same. We loved the pool and distance to the beach, but the room was dirty and we found a liquor bottle under our mattress as we checked for bed bugs. They offered to come get it, but they never did. We won’t be returning due to the higher price and dirtier room.

We enjoyed the beachy and relaxing atmosphere and vibes with good music playing in the background all day. The pool with the lazy river was fun, relaxing, & clean.

It was surprisingly nice. You got a sense of community when hanging around the pool. Nice stuff, nice guest too lol. The beach is super close to the property, and the pool is open until 11pm. We loved that.

The location is fabulous and the price was better than we could get elsewhere. Our room was clean "on the surface" but not in the corners and our ice bucket was NOT. No privacy curtains on our first floor room so the options are either blackout or open for the while world. Lighting in the room was standard dongy in the wall only lighting. No closet, just cool wall thing for hooks you could rearrange with only 2 hooks. Complimentary beach stuff means get up at 6 am or wait until stuff is returned later in the afternoon. Lazy river is 3 ft deep, one small strip of the pool is 4 ft deep. The pool area in photos is deceiving, with a big section that is 1 ft deep for littles. Cool feature, but deceiving for people hoping to swim. Lobby seemed to be staffed with only 1 person regardless of the time of day. Laundry and ice machine door has not been cleaned for quite some time. We tolerated the hotel, but might have gotten better at discount hotel again, except for the location. Overall we felt like what we expected based on the promo info was not what we got.

The rooms are really dated.. Think of this place as a motel with a lazy river. Calling it a hotel feels like a stretch. The breakfast is better than most motel/hotel breakfasts.. it had egg, sausage, tater tots, bagel, yogurt, waffles, nutella, etc.. The pool towels were more like rags... Staff was great but I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to others.
