Tranquil, ocean front complex

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a private balcony that overlooks the heated pool and has spectacular views of the beach. You are just a few steps from the beach and approximately 4 blocks to downtown Cocoa Beach, restaurants and bars. This unit has WIFI and is located on the top floor of the building. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, cable tv, dresser, a large closet and a private bathroom. The second bedroom also has a private bathroom, two twin beds, a dresser and a smart tv. The living room has a comfortable couch, three reclining chairs and cable tv. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a regular size coffee maker. The dining room table seats six and there is a full size washer and dryer inside the condo. Spanish Main Condominiums is a four story complex located approximately 29 miles from Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and approximately 1.5 hours from the Orlando airport. There is an elevator available for each building.

Condominium Association Rules:

2 bedroom condos are limited to 4 people, 3 bedroom condos are limited to 6 people. Guests are not allowed to bring pets on Spanish Main Condominiums property.

No trailers, boats or motor homes are permitted on the property. Overflow parking is in the large grassy area in front of the complex.

Please observe all posted rules at the pool. Pool hours are from 9am to dusk. Noise tends to carry in the pool & courtyard so we ask that you be considerate of other residents. Please do not hang towels, swim suits or clothing on any outdoor railings.

Fire department regulations prohibit the use of charcoal or gas grills on balconies or patios, electric grills are permitted. There is a charcoal grill near the pool area the association does provide as well as an outdoor shower area to rinse off the sand. Please rinse all sand off of everything before going back into to the unit.
