This was our first time at Cocoa Beach and we absolutely loved the area. I did a lot of research before to be cautious and everything was exactly as pictured and described. I did reach out for a question and it was answered quickly. We had no issues getting into the house, everything worked as it should. I will say that the spiral staircase is something to keep in mind if you have a lot of people staying upstairs because you'll have to carry luggage up there. This wasn't an issue for us but just an item to keep in mind about the space.
The area felt safe and was easy to navigate to. We went to local restaurants and a grocery store. The area was great if you want a quiet part of a nice beach. Our walk to the beach was very short and the area was pretty empty so we had a nice beach area to ourselves. Beach was very clean, had seashells, and weirdly enough no fish or creatures. I'm not sure if that is normal but for someone who fears the ocean and what's inside - this was a perfect spot. Would highly recommend this space and working with the owners/management company.
