The Cozy Cottage at Cocoa Village-Private Oasis

The Cottage at Cocoa Village is a very nice and quiet place to relax. The cottage is located in historic Cocoa Village where you have a wonderful selection of restaurants and shopping. There is also a unique selection of places for night time fun; all walking distance from the cottage. The beach is a 15 minute drive while the Indian River is walking distance with a public boat ramp for launching your boat or kayak. You can also enjoy sightseeing through the village in a beautiful horse drawn carriage.

Florida Visit

The cottage was just lovely! Exactly as in the photos! Very cute, exceptionally clean and a very short stroll to the stores and restaurants in Cocoa Village! I hope to stay at the cottage on my next visit to the area! Highly recommend! Thank you for your hospitality!

Lovely Little Getaway

Adorable converted guest cottage with full kitchen and free parking. 5-minute walk to historic downtown Cocoa. Bed was comfortable, and the property kitty (Mama Cat) was sweet. Great communication with Deborah. Wonderful stay overall.

We had the pleasure of spending 3 nights at the Cozy Cottage and thoroughly enjoyed it! Every detail has been carefully thought out with lots of supplies to make your stay comfortable. Due to the variety of cooking utensils and herbs and spices we even decided to stay in one night and BBQ! The bed and couch and chairs are comfortable, it is quiet for sleeping and in a good location to walk to shops and restaurants in the Village. I gave a 3 for communication only because my emails pre-stay were not answered but the owner was very responsive once we arrived. She even quickly and graciously helped us at night when we accidentally locked ourselves out! We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Cottage says it all. Deborah was most helpful and the place contained everything we needed. The proximity to the river and the downtown area was great. As an added plus, we were able to view a night space launch.

A cute & cozy cottage

Very cute place and the owner is very responsive. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others. I especially liked the walk-in shower. Something to note though: There is no bathroom door, just a curtain.

We never received check in info from management. A man,who lived next door called the management and confirmed the code for entry. The cottage needs a good cleaning, fans, windows. The seat in the showers was concave and held water. The was a small ice maker on the counter which ran constantly. Overall not a good experience.

Great Location for our Visit

I was in Cocoa for business. I had meetings in Rockledge and my wife joined me so we could visit Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. This place was perfectly located for everything we planned to do. It's small, so I'm glad we weren't planning to just hang out a lot, but all we needed was a place to sleep as we were out and about the rest of the time. Everything ran smoothly including reservation, check-in, check out...the host was very responsive. The property was super clean, everything worked, and there were lots of little extras that made us feel very welcome.

Cocoa Cottage

The cottage Debbie provided is comfortable and quiet, but a short walk to the Cocoa Village shops and restaurants. It is also near the crossroads to beach access in the east, cruise terminals and NASA to the north, Orlando to the west, and even more beaches to the north and south.
