“The condo unit itself was great!!! just perfect for our group with a designated bathroom for each bedroom. We noticed there were a few ants in one of the bathrooms when we first checked in but the property manager was very responsive in getting everything resolved and cleaned up. The two issues we had were 1) the unit being near the complex dumpster, which had not been emptied in quite a while and residents were leaving their garbage near and around, the full dumpster. “In terms of being immersed in nature, this is a great place to stay! The owls were amazing as were the consistent views of shore birds flying up and down the river. The screened in porch was a phenomenal area to spend time when raining, buggy or too hot out. We stayed cool, dry and bug free within it. Floyd's comical information binder was incredibly helpful.
