Booked a room for the 3 of us and arrived to find that the “double” fold out sofa was too small for any of us to lie on without our feet hanging over the edge. We contacted Jen who brought us a foam mattress, so my daughter ended up sleeping on the floor. Our “city view” was a tiny window that overlooked the back driveway. Internet connection was very slow, I struggled to do mobile banking and we were unable to watch anything on the smart tv in the room. The floor was dirty, the bottoms of our socks turned black from walking around the room. AC was too loud to keep on overnight so we opened the tiny window and slept in stuffiness.
Pros: the bed was comfortable and the Keurig machine made decent coffee.
This room would be best suited to a couple just needing a basic place to sleep. As a family of 3, we struggled to be comfortable here.
