“Pros: .Beautiful view .Great location in the “quiet end” of 30A .Well-appointed kitchen .Comfortable sitting area with lamps (you’d be surprised how many places don’t have lamps for reading). “Very enjoyable and stress free ”

“Mold on ceiling in hall. Under beds had not been cleaned. Twin mattress soiled. Realtor was aware of mold issue caused by condensation and had contacted a contractor to fix problem. Made realtor aware of other issues. They were going to be taken care of by cleaning crew.”

“This 1st floor property was super convenient to the pool, pool grill, and pool bar. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. The kitchen had everything the we needed. The resort staff were always friendly and helpful. Great beach location and walking distance to Pineapple Willies, Waffle House, Walmart and more”

“The area was great and the check in process was easy. The beach was close and the neighborhood was very private. Once we walked into the house we were greeted with 2 dead roaches. The next morning we were greeted with 3 more live roaches including the ones on the kitchen counter. We were woke up in our second morning to the sound of rain in the house. Huge waterfall leak coming from the ceiling on the second floor. I called the property manager and sent pictures. They stated that maintenance……
