“Hotel muy centrico, un tanto antiguo en la decoracion pero con camas amplias y un buen desayuno buffet. Estabamos en el primer piso y se oia much oel ruido de la gente que andaba por los pasillos. ”

“We arrived in the middle of a major "El Cid" medieval festival in Burgos. The city was amazing, especially Burgos Cathedral. The hotel location was perfect, eventhough there was a street party well into the early morning. I cannot compliment the Horel Receptionist. She was very helpful and courteous ... 5 srars out of 5.”

“I received an email to say that I gad to contact thevhotel 24 hours before arrival if I was arriving after 2pm, even though check in time was 2pm onwards. I phoned the hotel and they said it was no.problem as reception was manned til 11pm. Not sure why I received the email and had to make an unneccessary call? The location was fantastic and bed very comfortable”

“Estuvimos una semana en un bungalows de los pequeños sin cocina. Se les ve trotados por los años, pero aun así estuvimos muy agusto, calidad precio bien. El restaurante pone buen menú,comimos los tres primeros dias, dejamos de ir por el trato recibido por uno de los camareros.”

“Al ser solo estancia y una noche no hemos tratado con el personal más allá del registro pero, está bien situado, con parking público cerca, nuevo, limpio y a un precio aceptable. Para mí es de los que se puede repetir sin dudar.”
