“Had the most relaxing time at this cabin. Beautifully decorated and appointed, the cabin with its porches was so peaceful, we gave up a day of exploring and just enjoyed staying on the property. The sound of the creek and the spring green of all the trees and plants along the hikes right on the premises were fun to explore. Carters Lake, Ft. Mountain and Cohutta Wilderness are all a short and scenic ride away. Highly recommend this property for a great getaway! ”

“Listing was as described with lots for the children to do while the adults relaxed. The living room/kitchen set up was open and the wood burning fire provided a fantastic vacation escape feel. The downstairs was a little chilly but had plenty of heaters and blankets to stay comfortable. ”

“This place was equipped better than any VRBO home we've stayed in before. It felt like staying in someone's home instead of just borrowing a cheap rental property that people did minimal upkeep on. It was very easy to cook for our large family with the kitchen gear supplied. Being able to fit everyone at the table together was a huge bonus.The driveway was not at all difficult for our minivan to maneuver up and we appreciated the woodsy scenery around the house.I was also pleasantly surprised……
