Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with private beach access and hot tub.

This home features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths overlooking the beautiful Malletts Bay. Main level offers renovated kitchen, living room and dining room, a half bath with laundry and front sitting porch overlooking western views of the lake. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs with 2 full bathrooms. Hottub with gazebo also offered!! Beach toys offered: 1 kayak and 1 paddle board.

Stay in Colchester Vt

Colchester is a beautiful area with lots of trails, hiking, biking etc. The house was well-kept with minor issues. A busy road separates the house from the beach. All things considered it was a good stay.
