“Great property”

“This place was beautiful and was exactly as photographed. The hostess ensured there were clean towels, soaps, shampoos, laundry detergents, coffee cleaning supplies, etc. The property is beautifully updated and very comfortable. We loved the master bed and modern shower fixtures. The location of the property was proximal to the Nexus Center (4 min) where we had a hockey tournament. Will recommend again. ”

“Absolutely beautiful place inside and out. We so enjoyed our stay. There was 8 of us and there was so much space for gatherings in the house, the kitchen is open with plenty of seating and open to the living room with even more space. Outside had a great patio for barbequing and of course a fire pit area with plenty of firewood to get busy making s’mores! We brought our boat along, and come to find out it’s one of the cleanest lake in the Adirondacks, we did some water skiing and tubing. We did……

“Perfect mountain cabin with all the amenities. Tastefully decorated. Very cute place for a romantic or escape vacation. Short walk to the lake front. Use of good kayaks and life vests. Panfish, bass, and pike in the lake. (I caught some). Backyard with a fire pit and torch lights. Other fire pit on your private water front. Property manager was very cool. Quiet and peaceful hideaway the way you want it. Few miles south of Old Forge. ”

“Less spot, was fine for us for the two nights. We didn’t spend much time at the house since we were in town for a wedding and had a lot of festivities surrounding the event. We ran out of toilet paper the first morning I reached out to the host and didn’t get a response for hours. So we had to go out and get our own toilet paper to last us the rest of the day. The stairs are very, very steep to get to the bedrooms, if I had children, I would be more concerned with them. But it was fine for us……

“Great loft and location. Parking is well lit and a half block away. Good food within walking distance: Nina’s Pizza, Utica Coffee and Taylor and Cook. ”

“Great little lodge for a large family! We loved the fire pit and deck, and the game room was great for a rainy day! ”

“It was quite elegant, with sparse but modern furnishings. A lot more space than I needed, and so much more than what I expected. The view from the second-story enclosed porch was a dream. I wish I could have had guests over to show it off. The owner was very accommodating in resolving an issue that wasn't even their fault. Hope to stay again.”
