“Property is situated in the grounds of Spital House and it very quiet. Cottage is very spacious and was very clean and is well stocked with essential equipment. Liked the small welcome pack also the pint of milk in the fridge. The stables are directly behind the property and the horses where in the field every day. Found it difficult to find as directions from the post code take you to Paxton so better to set google maps for Spital House this takes you almost to the front door of the cottage.……

“Jacqui is an excellent host, and we had a fantastic short break in one of her holiday lets. The cottage is extremely well equipped and a lot of thought has gone into making it comfortable for guests. We were pleased to arrive to a house that was spotlessly clean and we couldnt fault it. “The location of the house is perfect for visiting various beaches & historic towns, nothing was too far. The house is very well equipped and felt very cosy but with plenty of space, especially with our 2 golden retriever dogs. They also loved the garden, with lots of room to run around. We can definitely see ourselves returning here sometime in the future.”

“The house was mostly comfortable but needs some upkeep. The communication with the host was a challenge and they did not reply to most messages (even an acknowledgment of receipt would be okay). One of the showers we could not adjust the temperature, 2 of the showers had mold. One of the biggest challenges was trying to cook as the cookware is very worn and some of it unusable. It would be nice to have a few basic essentials such as salt and pepper and hand soap upon arrival to get things……
